These are the forms on the front page of the self-service portal, the languages you can fill them in, and which ones require you to log in.

Forms that are only available in Norwegian
With English selected, you can open every form and read its introduction. For forms that are only available in Norwegian, you will see a message saying so, and you cannot start filling in the form. Switch to Bokmål or Nynorsk in the language menu at the top of the page to continue.
Logging in
You log in with your email address. We send a one-time code to your email, and you enter it to log in.
Forms that require login ask you to log in when you start filling them in. After logging in, you are taken straight back to the form. You can submit the other forms without logging in.
