Use this form to report damage to a breakwater, quay or other infrastructure owned by the Norwegian Coastal Administration.
Before you start
- You do not need to log in.
- The form is only available in Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk). If you open it in English, you are asked to switch language before you can start. Below, each field is given with its Norwegian label first, followed by an English translation.
- If there is a risk of acute harm to persons or infrastructure, immediately contact the local police or fire service.
- If it concerns a defective sea mark, or other hazards to safe navigation or transit, do not use this form. Send a navigational warning instead.
- Do not submit sensitive information or documents exempt from public disclosure here. Use eDialog instead.
What we ask for
All fields must be filled in, except those marked optional ("valgfritt") in the form. The form is a single page.
Informasjon om skade (Information about the damage)
- Hvilken skade gjelder det? (What damage does this concern?) (required): A description of the damage, up to 200 characters.
- Plasser i kart (Place on map) (required): Mark the location of the damage as accurately as possible, for example where on a breakwater stones have fallen out. You can draw points, lines and polygons, and you need at least one marking. Each marking gets a number, and you must write a short description of each one.
- Bilde av skaden (Image of the damage) (optional): One or more images or documents in PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB per file. If an image has a location and you have not marked anything on the map yet, a point is added where the image was taken. That point also needs a description.
Kontaktinformasjon (Contact information)
- Fullt navn (Full name) (required)
- E-post (Email) (required): You will receive a receipt with a copy of your report here.
- Telefonnummer (Phone number) (required): A Norwegian eight-digit number, or a foreign number starting with its country code, for example +46.
- Land, Adresse, Postnummer and Poststed (Country, address, postal code and postal town) (required): Your postal address. For a Norwegian address, the postal town is filled in automatically from the postal code. If you choose a country other than Norway, you enter the postal town yourself and the postal code is optional.
You submit with Send inn (Submit).
